NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Town Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 7:30pm which will be proceeded by a Work Session at 6:30pm and an Executive Session at 6:00pm or as soon thereafter, in-person at the Chappaqua Performing Arts Center, 480 N Bedford Road, Chappaqua, New York, and via videoconference and teleconference. Information concerning in-person meeting attendance and applicable COVID-19 regulations will be available on the Town website at www.mynewcastle.org.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the public can attend the public hearing in-person or watch the live meeting on Youtube at www.youtube.com/c/nccmc , or through the Zoom App. Comments for the public hearing can be 1) made in-person at Town Hall during the public hearing, 2) made live via Zoom, or 3) sent in advance of the meeting or during the meeting to cpapes@mynewcastle.org. To the extent one does not have access to the internet and is unable to attend the meeting in-person, comments can also be made by no later than 4pm of the day of the meeting to the Town Clerk at 914-238-7269.
