The public hearing will be proceeded at 10 am with a presentation by Norma Drummond, Commissioner of Planning Westchester County, for a presentation of the Westchester County Housing Needs Assessment. Please join us using the same link.
You can virtually attend the public hearing before the Town Board or submit written testimony. E-mail comments received during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8:40 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. will be posted on the Chappaqua Forward website by the close of business the next business day.

Substantive comments submitted through this process will be responded to in writing as part of the Town’s preparation of the Final GEIS following the close of the public hearing. Once the Final GEIS is accepted, the Town Board will issue a findings statement, finalize the legislation, and schedule a vote -- keep in mind, the Town Board has yet to schedule a date for when this will occur.
It is highly recommended that you submit your comments in writing.
