Please join us for the upcoming public hearings for the Form Based Code Tuesday, October 20 and 27. We encourage residents and interested parties to participate in the public hearing on Tuesday, October 20 and 27 at 7 p.m. You can virtually attend the public hearing before the Town Board or submit written testimony. Either way, substantive comments submitted through that process will be responded to in writing as part of the Town’s preparation of the Final GEIS (Generic Environmental Impact Statement) following the close of the public hearing.
We recommend you submit written comments to ensure the intent and spirit of your comment is properly reflected and memorialized, even if you choose to speak at the hearing. Each speakers will be limited to 3 minutes in the hope of hearing as many voices as possible during these hearings.
