NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Town Law, the Town Board of the Town of New Castle will hold Special Public Meeting on Friday, September 25, 2020 commencing at 8:30 a.m. via videoconference and teleconference, consistent with the NYS Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 and successors addressing the COVID-19 virus. The Board will discuss SEQRA completeness review of the Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement for the Chappaqua Hamlet Downtown Rezoning Project.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, due to public health concerns, in-person attendance will not be permitted, however, the public will be fully able to observe the meeting live on youtube at https:youtube.com/c/nccmc, and through the Zoom App.
