Tectonic Engineering gave a presentation to the Town Board regarding the Upper Minkel Dam at the February 25, 2020 work session. Tectonic was retained by the Town to study the current state of the dam and to provide analysis and options for moving forward with repairing or decommissioning the dam. The dam is within Sunny Ridge Preserve in the West End of New Castle.
