Instructions for the Public to access Zoning Board meeting remotely:
                                               

The Town of New Castle has organized an interactive hybrid Zoning Board Meeting for 7:15 p.m on Wednesday March 29, 2023. You will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live and provide your comments via the chat session that will be part of the meeting.The Zoning Board will continue to hold hybrid meetings both in person at the New Castle Town Hall, 200 South Greeley Avenue, Chappaqua, New York and via videoconference and teleconference. Comments for the public comment session or public hearings can be (1) sent in advance of the meeting or during the meeting to jtrifiletti@mynewcastle.org or (2) written in the chat session of the Zoom meeting.

If you have a computer, tablet or smartphone, you can register, log in and see the video and hear the audio of the live session. Zoom’s chat facility will be available during the public hearing portions of the meeting. We will provide brief instructions on using chat during the meeting.

We will also have a dial-in number for you to call if you don’t have a computer, or have problems with your computer’s audio.

To participate you can proceed as follows:

  1. Register in advance for this webinar:                           

    You will need to provide your name and e-mail address when registering so we can send a confirmation e-mail to you containing the web address and phone number for joining the webinar.

  2. On Wednesday evening, log in with your computer and, if needed, your telephone. You’ll be placed on hold until the meeting starts.

The meeting will also be live-streamed on http://youtube.com/c/nccmc if you’re having problems with Zoom.

Attend & Participate in Zoom Meetings By Phone:

Dial-In participation is an option for anyone without a compatible device or for those having difficulty connecting.

If the event has not started you will be placed on hold.

Town of New Castle will publicize Meeting ID’s with Agendas and on the MyNewCastle.org website calendar. If the meeting ID cannot be found, please reach out to the organization running the event.
