Instructions for the Public to access Planning Board meeting remotely:
The Town of New Castle Planning Board will not be meeting in person. In accordance with recent amendments to the NYS Public Officer’s Law (Open Meetings Law), until further notice, meetings will be held via videoconferencing.
The Planning Board meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. You will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live via Zoomand YouTube platforms. Written comments for any public comment session or public hearings can be sent in advance of the meeting to sabrina@mynewcastle.org.
If you have a computer, tablet or smartphone, you can register, log in and see the video and hear the audio of the live session.
We will also have a telephone dial-in number if you don’t have a computer, or have problems with your computer’s audio.
