The Department of Senior Programs and Services in collaboration with Westchester County Department of Health and Empress, will begin administering second boosters (Pfizer and Moderna) under its Homebound Vaccination program.
Only individuals that are homebound, over the age of 50, and those who meet the required CDC/NYS Department of Health eligibility guidelines, including the immunocompromised, are eligible. The immunocompromised individuals, however, who are under the age of 50, must still be homebound and must complete additional screening questionnaire in order to be eligible.
All eligible homebound can call 914 813 6300 or email AQPJ@westchestergov.com to make an appointment for their second booster.
