Environmental Review Board
The Environmental Review Board is the primary approving authority for applications submitted in connection with the Town’s wetlands regulations.

Ethics Board
The Ethics Board Renders advisory opinions on specific situations or when requested, on the conduct of an official or employee, in accordance with the provisions of the adopted Code of Ethics.

Every Person is Connected Committee (EPIC)
This Committee shall report and make recommendations to the Town Board on the concerns of the Town’s residents with disabilities, provide updates on the Americans with Disabilities Act, and disseminate information on the Town’s recreational, educational and social programming to all age groups of residents with disabilities.

Health & Wellness Task Force
The Town Board created this task force to provide the community with educational resources about public health matters and the best ways to prevent diseases, identify and address symptoms, as well as connecting patients to each other and providing support on a wide variety of health and wellness matters.

Holocaust and Human Rights Committee
The mission of the Town of New Castle Holocaust & Human Rights Committee is to educate residents of all ages and create community awareness about the Holocaust, other genocides, the dangers of hate and the importance of Human Rights. Remember. Educate. Take Action.

Landmark Advisory Committee

Millwood-West End Advisory Board
The Millwood-West End Advisory Board (MWEAB) monitors events in and represents the interest of Millwood and the West End of Town.

Planning Board
The Planning Board is responsible for approval of all subdivisions and site plans throughout the Town as well as certain environmental permits.
