Non-Resident Parking Permit Holders 

Submit:

  • Application: 2015-2016 Non-Resident Parking Permit Application
  • Documentation: Current drivers' license and registrations for up to four cars. All documents must reflect your address within a town or village contiguous to New Castle.
  • Payment: Check made payable to "New Castle Town Clerk." Credit cards are only accepted in the Town Clerk's office, but not until after the lottery. Please note there is a 2% credit card fee.
  • Due Date: Applications must be submitted by May 11th. The lottery will take place on May 15th. There are only seventy-five (75) spaces allotted for non-residents. If the amount of applications received after May 11th exceeds 75, a lottery will be held and 75 applicants will receive parking for the 2015-2016 year.
